Life Change Steps


People ask me all the time, "You look amazing! What did you do?"

The truth is, I didn't do just one thing. And I didn't do it all in one shot. It was small life changes over the course of about a year.

My family has now asked me to take them step-by-step through the process of what I learned, so they too, can be Healed, Healthy & Whole. So, I thought it would be a good idea for me to post it what I'm teaching them, here, for all of you, too.

My life changes got me the following: healing from an eating disorder, about a 40 lb weight loss, a 2nd beautiful daughter, a love and appreciation for myself, a love and appreciation for our Creator, plus so much more!

If you're serious about changing your life, then follow these steps.
