I used to use food to deal with my stress. Now, I've learned to RUN it off! And IT WORKS!

Here's some inspiration...

My goal is to always beat my personal best in running, whether that's distance, time, speed, etc. So, here I'll track and post my workout plans leading up to my first 5K that I actually trained for. (I've run other 5K's w/o training... not a good idea).

UPDATE: I was recently told that if I continue running I'll need a knee replacement by the time I'm 50 years old. I've gotten custom shoe inserts and am currently working on building up my legs muscles, getting proper running attire/shoes and re-learning how to run properly. My goal is to run again in a 5K Mud Run in summer 2012!
