INGREDIENTS: Whole oats, Almond Butter, Dried Cane Syrup (or alternative ingredient), Brown Rice Syrup (or alternative ingredient), Dried Cranberries, Oat Bran, Raisins, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Walnuts, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt.
NOTE: You can omit or alternate ingredients as needed, but I prefer you use ALL the ingredients, as listed. Alternate ingredients must be dairy-free, wheat-free, artificial sugar-free (like aspartame, sweet 'n low, Splenda, etc) and soy-free.
